Openings:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
We are searching for a creative and energetic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team providing home-based ABA services to children and young adults with developmental disabilities. This position is part-time to start, but can quickly grow to a full-time position if desired. Navigate Behaviors uses technology to streamline every aspect of our company, including the process of data collection and analysis to practice management.

Completing functional behavior assessments and skill assessments as appropriate for the client -
Developing and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans -
Analyzing data and modifying programs as needed -
Conducting parent and staff training -
Conducting line therapist supervision -
Running a direct session with clients -
Developing discharge summaries

BCBA certification with licensure to practice in Rhode Island (LBA) -
Strong ability to communicate with our team members and families we serve -
Ability to work both independently and within a team -
Must have 2-5 years of relevant experience working in programs for children with developmental disabilities -
Ability to work day time and early evening hours as needed -
Attend monthly team meetings -
Reliable transportation -
Ability to pass required background checks
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Provide quality 1:1 instruction to children with developmental disabilities in communication, social, play, and adaptive skills behavior plan programs in home and small group settings. -
Ability to teach in a creative manner at a variety of speeds -
Record objective daily data on target behaviors, programs, and teaching procedures to reflect client progress toward goals using company software. -
Maintain daily session notes. -
Maintain effective communication and rapport with caregivers, team members, and supervisors. -
Participate in all required meetings and trainings including ABA orientation, ethics, and other job-related topics.

Minimum of 30 hours of college credit in ABA, Psychology, Education, or other related fields. Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. -
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with proof of current auto insurance. -
Ability to pass required background screenings. -
Evening and weekend availability strongly preferred. -
Ability to commit to at least one calendar year of employment. -
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

Behavior Line Therapist
We are hiring experienced and enthusiastic Behavior Line Therapists to provide one-to-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. Behavior Line Therapists are responsible for implementing Behavior Intervention Plans and skill acquisition goals designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
